Customer Interview Results

In the summer of 2025, we conducted a series of customer interviews aimed at improving our operations and ways of working to serve our clients even better, as well as to test and spark ideas for our new service offering.

The interviews were carried out by an external party to ensure we received as honest feedback as possible from our clients over the past years. The summary of the interviews confirmed our own views on where we have succeeded and provided a great deal of valuable insight into the areas where we can further develop our project operations

It was, of course, great to read the results of the interviews, which contained mostly positive feedback from various projects and client organizations. Below are a few comments about us collected from the interview summaries.
