We recently conducted an employee experience survey across our entire organization and received excellent scores. The survey was also done last year and this time we performed even better.
We recently conducted an employee experience survey across our entire organization, covering topics such as employer brand perception and workplace satisfaction. We carried out the same survey last year as well, and the results have improved even further from what was already a very strong level.
In this latest survey, we asked our personnel about overall job satisfaction, workplace well-being, confidence in the company’s future and job stability, as well as the performance of supervisors and management.
We conducted the same survey a year ago and already achieved strong results at that time. This year, we improved even further: scores increased across every area. Based on the previous survey results, we developed our operations, and this year’s outcomes clearly show that those efforts have paid off.
Overall employee satisfaction (rating) reached 92% on a scale of 0–100%. According to the survey provider, only about one in ten companies in the industry exceed a 70% rating, and only a very small number of companies reach levels similar to ours. By this measure, we are among the very best workplaces in the industry.
The most significant relative improvements were seen in internal communication, addressing workplace issues, and team spirit. These are areas we have specifically invested in and further strengthened.
Our employer brand eNPS score was +74. This Employee Net Promoter Score reflects the question: “How likely are you to recommend our company as a workplace?” The scale ranges from -100 to +100, where scores around zero indicate a neutral attitude. According to the survey provider, most companies typically fall within that neutral range.
We are extremely proud of these results and will continue to invest in employee well-being. Our goal is to retain our valued employees while also attracting new top talent to join and strengthen our team.
