Jonne Melleri will be the new CEO of Top Building starting June 16, 2025.

Jonne has been appointed as the new CEO of Top Building, succeeding the company’s founder, Tommi Hannuksela. The goal is to lead the company’s growth strategy and continue developing it toward becoming the most sought-after concrete construction company in the market.

Jonne is taking on his new role from within the company, where he has worked as a Project Manager since the spring of 2015 and became a shareholder in 2017. Before his career at Top Building, Jonne spent five years at Lemminkäinen Infra Oy as a Project Engineer.

Jonne succeeds the company’s founder, Tommi Hannuksela, who has led Top Building for 22 years. Tommi will continue to be involved in the company as Chairman of the Board and will remain responsible for tender calculation.

Jonne’s appointment strengthens Top Building’s continuity and the leadership of its new, ambitious growth strategy.
