The PARKKI™ project begins in the project development phase with efficient space planning. Production is streamlined by standardizing structural solutions and the manufacturing process. Over the years, TB has constructed dozens of parking facility frames, from Finland’s largest projects (Tripla, P5 Helsinki-Vantaa Airport) to small neighborhood parking structures.
The construction process in these projects has been refined into one of the most efficient in Finland. It was therefore a natural progression to develop a comprehensive service built on this expertise, offering our clients convenience, as well as predictability in costs and schedules.
