Top Building’s autumn includes managing ongoing construction sites and preparing cost estimates for new projects.
We have finally gotten our construction sites, which began in the summer, fully up and running, and have increased our resources according to project needs. We will be launching a new site during September, and the ongoing projects are currently expected to continue until early summer 2026. We are strongly involved in building the future through data center projects and are also serving our clients in several smaller infrastructure sites.
At TB’s estimating department, activity has picked up significantly after the summer holidays. At our Espoo office, pencils are sharp as we have been submitting several tenders for concrete construction projects across Southern Finland. A few very interesting projects are currently on the estimating table, and we hope they will bring us additional orders for next year.
Recruitment will continue through the end of the year, both for site personnel and office staff. We have also been in discussions with educational institutions, with the goal of providing young people with opportunities for practical training in the industry next summer.
We are continuously looking for new partners — both clients and suppliers — while of course nurturing our existing partnerships and customer relationships. We firmly believe that through collaboration and early involvement in project development, we can achieve better construction outcomes. We want to take part in building Finland’s future together with our clients. You can always reach out to us — the more challenging the project, the more excited we are to join in developing and ideating toward the best possible result. We have carried out numerous demanding concrete structures and are at our best when we can participate in major and exceptional projects already in the development phase, when there’s still room to make a real impact.
With pencils sharp and Casio calculators hot, we’re heading into autumn and toward new challenges!
