TB’s Summer 2025 Recruitment

We launched our recruitment drive over the summer to strengthen our team in anticipation of the upcoming economic upswing and to secure resources for future projects. The recruitment process has been successful, and during the summer of 2025 we have welcomed 12 new employees to the TB team. Most of the new hires are formwork carpenters, but the group also includes one driver and one assistant. The new employees have adapted well and immediately got to demonstrate their skills on our construction sites.

Our significantly strengthened human resources strongly support our growth objectives, allowing us to serve our clients even better in the future. With demand picking up toward the end of the summer, we will soon be conducting additional interviews — and at the moment, there are still a few openings for skilled concrete professionals.

It has been a pleasure getting to know new people and welcoming them to our team. A particularly positive sign for us as an employer has been that some of our new recruits are returnees.
