Top Building's Business ID will change

Top Building Oy’s Business ID will change as of 1 January 2026

Dear customers, partners, and other stakeholders

Top Building Oy (Business ID 1847657–6) has been demerged through a full demerger into two new companies: the (new) Top Building Oy (Business ID 3558249–3) and Top Building Kiinteistöt Oy (Business ID 3558248–5).

Top Building Oy’s operational business was transferred to the (new) Top Building Oy at the effective date of the demerger on 31 December 2025. As of 31 December 2025, the name of the company is Top Building Oy. The operational activities of Top Building Oy will continue in the new company as before, and there will be no changes to the content of existing agreements or to the company’s operations. The purpose of the demerger is to restructure the corporate structure so that the new structure best supports the company’s business operations.

The Business ID of the (new) Top Building Oy is 3558249–3 and its VAT number is FI35582493.
