In spring, we conducted an employee survey covering the entire staff, asking about overall workplace satisfaction, well-being at work, trust in the employer’s future, job stability, and the performance of supervisors.
The survey results were excellent, though, of course, there’s always room for improvement. One area for development was communication. We tackled this immediately, deciding to provide more frequent and transparent internal updates. Limited communication is a well-known challenge in the industry, and our goal is to become the best communicator in our field—both internally and externally with our stakeholders.
One of the most heartwarming responses came from the question: “All things considered, I would say this is a good place to work,” which scored 4.6/5. The results are also reflected in the fact that most of our current employees have been with the company for over a decade. Our staff is our most valuable resource, and we will continue to invest even more strongly in our shared well-being.
