The Yara Uusikaupunki plant is one of Finland's most important chemical industry and agricultural production facilities, and one of Yara's largest fertiliser plants in the world. We delivered the concrete frame structures for the latest raw material storage building at the continuously developing Yara Uusikaupunki plant site. Our scope covered formwork, reinforcement, and concreting works.

The Posiva encapsulation plant at Olkiluoto in Eurajoki is one of the most significant nuclear waste projects in the world. It is the world's first spent nuclear fuel final disposal system advancing to commercial operation, in which nuclear waste is encapsulated and permanently deposited deep in bedrock. Our scope in the contract covered all formwork works at the encapsulation plant.

Tripla is one of the largest shopping centres in the Nordic countries and simultaneously one of the largest construction projects ever undertaken in Finland. We delivered the Tripla parking facility, half of the shopping centre frame, the residential tower blocks and the village house on top of Tripla, and the majority of the concrete works for the Pasila station extension. Our scope across these contracts covered all formwork and reinforcement works, concreting of vertical structures, and precast element installations for the residential buildings.

Reference | Residental Construction

As. Oy Omenatorni is a 16-storey residential building constructed in Matinkylä, adjacent to the Iso Omena shopping centre. The building was completed in 2016 as part of the intensive infill development transforming the Matinkylä centre and its metro station surroundings. We served as frame contractor for this approximately 60-metre-high building, acting as a subcontractor to NCC Suomi Oy. Our scope covered formwork, reinforcement, and concreting works for the foundations and frame, as well as precast element installations.

Reference | Parking Facilities

The P5 parking facility at Helsinki-Vantaa Airport is the largest parking facility in Finland, with space for 4,600 vehicles. The project involved adding a two-storey vertical extension on top of the existing P5 structure, along with a seven-storey expansion wing. We participated in the construction as a subcontractor to SRV Rakennus Oy. Our scope covered formwork, reinforcement, post-tensioning, and concreting works for the foundations and the entire frame, including all vertical structures.

Saukonlaituri Parking Facility is a shared parking solution for the residential buildings of the Jätkäsaari waterfront district in Helsinki. With 600 parking spaces, the facility was constructed entirely as a cast-in-place, post-tensioned structure. We delivered the demanding post-tensioned cast-in-place structures as a full contract.

As the world — and Finland along with it — moves into a new era, we have been part of creating the facilities and infrastructure that advancing technology demands. To date (05/2026), we have been involved in a total of seven data centre projects across four locations in Southern and South-Eastern Finland, working with a range of clients.

Reference | Commercial and Office Buildings

In the Kalasatama to Pasila project, we participated as a subcontractor to Alliance partner Destia Oy. The project is one of the most significant tram and rail infrastructure projects in Helsinki. We were involved in constructing the concrete tunnel at Kyläsaari and other demanding engineered structures. Our scope covered formwork, reinforcement, and concreting works.

The APC Hotel is the largest single hotel built in Finland, with approximately 800 rooms. Located at Helsinki-Vantaa Airport directly adjacent to Terminal T2, the building rises to 13 storeys. The hotel frame was constructed as a composite structure using steel and precast concrete elements by another contractor. The staircase and lift shafts, five civil defence shelters, and all stabilising structures — with the exception of the uppermost floors — were delivered by us as cast-in-place construction.

The Kulosaari Co-educational School extension in Helsinki is one of our public sector projects. With growing pupil numbers, we were brought in to deliver the concrete structures for the extension, including classroom spaces and a new sports hall. We completed all cast-in-place structures for the school extension as a full contract.

Finno Metro Station is one of the stations on Phase 2 of the West Metro. Built at Suomenoja in Espoo, primarily in rock-excavated space, it is one of our most significant public sector projects. We delivered all demanding cast-in-place structures at the station as a full contract.

Reference | Parking Facilities

One of the most significant underground projects in Top Building's history. Tapiola Central Parking Facility is the largest rock-excavated parking facility in the Nordic countries, with nearly 1,700 parking spaces. We delivered the post-tensioned cast-in-place concrete parking decks with columns and walls, shafts, and all other cast-in-place structures on site. The project was highly demanding in terms of scheduling and logistics.
